Los Angeles Firm Gets New Long Beach Office Space

The law firm of Rose, Klein & Marias has reported signing a seven-year, $1.3 million lease for new office space in Long Beach.
The firm, which will relocate in November, has had an office in Long Beach for more than 16 years.
It is relocating to the Ocean Executive Tower, 401 E. Ocean Blvd., in downtown Long Beach from the 555 E. Ocean Blvd. building. The firm will take more than 10,000 square feet of the 10-story building.
Rose Klein managing partner Gregory Stamos said when the lease was up, the firm decided to make a move.
“It was about economics, and we wanted to be in a new building,” Stamos said.
The office building was renovated last year; it was constructed in 1984.
Rose Klein, based in downtown Los Angeles, specializes in worker’s compensation and asbestos matters and has nine other offices in Southern California.
It has two partners and three associates in the Long Beach office and 19 partners and 20 associates firmwide.
Dennis Smith of Travers Realty represented Rose Klein in the lease. David Coe of Grubb & Ellis represented the building’s owner, F&F Long Beach Associates LLC.
