Salvo Accepts National Award

Woodland Hills probate/estate planning attorney Alice Salvo receives the Columbus International Award on behalf of the National Italian American Bar Association (“NIABA”), of which she is president. Handing her the award is Giampaolo Girardi, an attorney from Rome who is treasurer of NIABA. The ceremony took place in New York City on Tuesday at Saint Patrick Old Cathedral School. The Columbus International Award is an honor bestowed by the ITALY Foundation and several Italian groups to individuals, companies, and associations based on having striven to share, celebrate, and safeguard Italian culture. Salvo is a past president of the Los Angeles-based Italian American Lawyers Association. Other past presidents of that group who serve on NIABA’s Board of Directors are Claire Ambrosio, David DiJulio, Lydia Liberio, and James Michalski
