Navarro Elected Court Commissioner
Deputy U.S. Public Defender Angel Juarez Navarro of the Central District of California was elected yesterday by judges of the Los Angeles Superior Court as a commissioner.
Ballots were counted by Judges John P. Doyle, Malcom Mackey, and Mark V. Mooney, the most senior judges who were available for the task.
Navarro, whose law degree is from UCLA, was admitted to practice in 1991.
