At right is Tamila Jensen, president elect of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. The presentation took place Wednesday night at the monthly meeting of LACBA’s Board of Trustees. Counsel for Justice is LACBA’s pro bono unit. The amount of the check represents 12.5 percent of the net proceeds from the June 29 “Concert Extraordinaire” at Disney Hall.” A like amount is earmaked for the Beverly Hills Bar Association. |
