Allan E. Anderson Named Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America

Allan E. Anderson of the Los Angeles office of Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley has been selected as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society, the firm announced yesterday.

The firm said that according to the organization, the number of fellows is “kept at an exclusive limit by design, allowing qualifications, diversity and inclusion to align effectively, with recognition of excellence in litigation across all segments of the bar.”

Anderson is a business litigator with a practice emphasizing entertainment, manufacturing, real estate, employment and technology issues. He is also a registered Foreign Solicitor in Hong Kong, according to the firm’s release.

Anderson received his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and his law degree from Hastings College of the Law.

Liu, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, is a member of the corporate group, with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and shareholder activism. She advises purchasers and sellers in public and private acquisitions and public and private companies in internal restructuring and structuring corporate governance arrangements.

Prior to joining the firm, Liu was general counsel of B. Riley & Co, LLC. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
