Lawmakers Postpone Date for State of the Judiciary Address

California’s lawmakers have postponed the State of the Judiciary address by Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye.
Her speech was slated to be delivered on Thursday and has not yet been rescheduled.
A spokesperson for the Judicial Council said the Legislature had requested the delay due to “the ongoing nature of the budget discussions.”
