By a MetNews Staff Writer

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger yesterday reappointed Corona attorney Kenneth W. Minesinger to the Southern California Fair Board of Directors.

Minesinger, 38, has served on the board of the fair—which is the 46th District Agricultural Association—since 2006, and as an attorney with the Minesinger Law Firm since last year.

He is also currently chairman of the Republican Party of Riverside County.

Minesinger specializes in business law, and was admitted to the State Bar in 1995 after graduating from California State University, San Bernardino and Western State University College of Law.

He began his career as an attorney as a sole practitioner for the Law Offices of Kenneth W. Minesinger that year, and then in 2000 became president of Healthcare Resources Group Inc.

Minesinger returned to private practice in 2003, where he remained a sole practitioner until joining Heritage Law Offices in 2007.

He also previously served as a judicial extern to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California in 1995, and for three years before that as a law clerk at the firm of Bratton and Bratton.

This position does not require Senate confirmation and there is no salary.
