Plans for Rea Service Altered

Plans for the funeral of Senior U.S. District Judge William J. Rea have changed, his son, attorney William J. Rea Jr. said yesterday.
Thursdayís funeral mass will take place at 11 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church, 880 Toyopa Drive (corner of Sunset and Carey) in Pacific Palisades and will be followed by a procession to Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, 1712 S. Glendale Ave.
Burial, which had previously been scheduled at another location, will be followed by a reception at a place to be announced, William Rea Jr. said.
Rea, who was 85, died in Santa Monica last week while recuperating from surgery.
