Court of Appeal to Hear Oral Argument in San Luis Obispo

Div. Six of this district’s Court of Appeal will hold oral argument in San Luis Obispo on Thursday of next week, the Administrative Office of the Courts said yesterday in a release.
The session will be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 1050 Monterey Street, Room 224, San Luis Obispo. It will be the 17th time the Ventura-based division, which primarily hears cases from Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties, has met in San Luis Obispo, the AOC said.
The appellate court also will hold oral argument in Santa Barbara from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 23. The Santa Barbara Bar Association will host a reception at the University Club following the session.
