Bird, Marella, Boxer & Wolpert Renews Lease in Watt Plaza

Bird, Marella, Boxer & Wolpert, a Los Angeles-based law firm, has renewed its lease at Watt Plaza in Century City in an agreement valued at $7 million.
The eight-year agreement, unveiled last Thursday, leases the 21,000 square foot penthouse of the 1875 Century Park East Tower to Bird Marella, which has been in Watt Plaza since 1992.
Bird, Marella was established in 1981 and focuses its litigation on white collar criminal defense and civil litigation, specializing in entertainment and business matters. The firm’s 20 lawyers include six former federal prosecutors.
